I'm a total Noob to PAM but I am getting the fever. What is a good Noob PAM starter that is decent out of the box? I'd like a starter while I continue to research mod, standards and comparisons to gen.

They all look so good but still look sort of the same to me. Hard to keep up with models.

I hear these days you could look at the 111J (lume is not that great, though) and 177L (titanium case, with superluminova, apparently), or the 288k (radiomir style chrono with superluminova, apparently).

As QinetiQ mentioned to you in another thread, you can get the 111J (as well as the other two) from our Trusted Dealers like Replicamake.

If you come to the Charlotte GTG, I'll have my 288 there for you to look at. The new 219 is VERY good, too.

I got my 236K a little while ago, and I´m quite happy with it.
Don´t know anything about flaws, but I think it´s a great looking watch.

I think the simpler the PAM, the more elegant it is. 112 for me--from Davidsen.

Just spend a couple of weeks researching them. You'll soon work out where your preferences lay

New pam reps beat DSN hands down and with a bat.

And they are cheaper too!
