Hi all,

I have quite a lot of leather straps and fancy a stainless steel one for a change, I have been searching around but they seem pretty thin on the ground, do any of you know where I might be able to buy a decent one from? It would be for my 111 or 359.

Many thanks,

Tony.

Im searching for a stainless steel trap too! But is for a 40MM Pam so the strap has to be 22mm.

Best Regards

Quite surprised at the lack of any response but I have managed to find a really nice one and have attached some pics. :D

Quite a nice change to be honest, give it a lovely weighty feel to it. :D

Sorry Tony, I've only just come across this thread now........if I had seen this earlier I would have suggested having a look at this link........

http://www.watchtailor.com/Panerai-Bracelets-s/148.htm

Perhaps it may be useful for bozpet.

That's a nice fitting strap you ended up finding though.

Hi buddy!

Many thanks for the link, the bracelet looks very similar except I paid a lot more for mine than the one in the link and I think they are the same bracelets.

Having said that I was desperate for one to wear at Christmas.

I think you are right the 22" might be perfect for bozpet though. :D

I don't think they do too many tailor-made for the 111, this one I have the fit where it meets the watch head is absolutely perfect!

Oh God I wish I had seen this thread before you had to pay extra for your strap.

Ah not to worry buddy I paid $100 from a UK eBay seller including next day guaranteed delivery, the one in your link is US based and costs $49.95, overseas delivery with insurance & tracking (which I would have taken) is $35 so a total of $84.95 so not too much of a difference. :)

Had I lived in the States I would have paid twice the price though lol.

But I'm a Brit and we always pay more than most lol!!!

Cheers buddy. :D

Free insured shipping to any US address is a fantastic deal mind for all our US based people!

Still feels odd with the bracelet on as I have had a leather strap on it for a couple of years!

Happy New Year Steelfish and thanks again! :D

I need some help regarding the steel bracelet guys.

I have a PAM replica that came with the steel strap, and I bought a nice strap from UK to change, and I can't loose the screws on the Steel bracelet... They seems to be stuck!

How is the procedure to change the steel strap?

I'm confused. Don't our rep dealers offer the above stainless steel 24mm bracelet, with the Officine Panerai stampings on the clasp? Why look to aftermarket alternatives? Are the rep ones inferior to those?

I've never seen any from any of our dealers mate, are you getting confused with the black rubber OEM type one with Officine Panerai on the clasp.

Nope, Puretime has several different kinds in the Panerai Accessories section, take a look.

Well spotted mate I stand corrected you are absolutely right!

Same one on there as the one I have is $60. last time I ordered from Puretime shipping tracked to the UK was $35 so this comes to $95 in total.
Not much in it but thanks for pointing this out mate would have bought from one of our trusted dealers over an external source had I known.

Hey no worries mate, I was genuinely curious if there was a difference. I would love to get a stainless but would much prefer it had the OP stampings on the clasp.

If anyone is interested, I purchased one of these from a fellow a few days ago, but I´m not too fond of it since it´s shiny. Just tried it on, still has the plastic on it with all links. I am in EU. 24 mm. PM if anyone is interested!

Take care,
