Appled, i actually find quartz very good. Running fine and smooth with seconds @ 3. Was a clearance item with Robert; just could´nt resist!:facepalm:

Great, I have been thinking of getting a moonwatch for a while, I think they look really cool, and a quartz could be just the thing for a daily beater.

Silly question - is the chrono seconds hand smooth, or does it 'tick' every minute?

Is this watch water resistant? I would swiml with it in the swimmingpool

Don't expect any rep to be water resistant unless you treat it first - there are some guides on here if you have a search.

No, typical quartz "ticking"; but the seconds are so small, in daily use you do not register. This watch is, with this movement, the perfect daily beater: size, price, quality= just fits!
Yes, Appled, no rep watch should have any contact with water, not even in the shower, unless it´s serviced and greased (will not always work for a chrono!!! with 2 pushers.)
