Speedmaster Ultraman ChazingTime order QC question

Hello
i have just received the QC pictures from ChazingTime and i have a question : the sword on the "3-6-9-12" subdial is not on the "12", and i can see this on all the pictures.
Is it normal or can it be a default ? Perhaps just because the "chrono" has not been reseted ?
I have red "circled" this counter and send to ChazingTime, waiting for an answer from them...

I might be wrong here, but isn’t the 6 o’clock subdial “slaved” to the hour on these movements? In other words, it shows the current hour. There’s a mod where you can freeze it to always stay at 12.
