I really don't know what has gotten into my sister lately. She really is not like this. Ever since that last mission. They said she only had her protective suit off for a minute, there would be no lasting effects. I just don't know what to do with her.

its sad, but US astronauts get paid the most of all, and have the most glory. it is really sad that these people after going through all of that to get into space they pull this type of crap.

Is your premise that due to their high pay and glory status, they shouldn't freak out, wear diapers, disguise their appearance, stalk people, and spray them with pepper gel??

Nobody is immune to disturbed emotional behavior no matter what they are paid, have been through, have acheived, have passed, or whatver else you want to add. I would venture to say since this is the first Astronaut to kinda take a giant step off the deep end that their hiring procedures and psych department will not be changing.

This person lives about 10 miles from me and I happened to be in her neighborhood yesterday....... talk about a circus. Its just plain sad to see.

I think it does add new meaning to the mile high club.
