Source for UPO?

Kinda new here since rep geek down. I hear the UPOs are really good now and am looking for one- any suggestions on a good, fast source?

Got my upo 42 from WBK- super fast and looks great. I notice that in certain light the bezel looks darker than the dial. Dial can look almost bluish. I've seen this in pics here too. Are the gens like that?
