One of my 44mm Luminors was suffering from a loose crown issue. I thought is might be the crown locking screw so I removed the case back & CG to see if I could tighten it - unfortunately when I pulled the crown it fell to pieces...
I'd like to know if anyone sells 44mm 6497 crowns with stems already sized. I've searched the suppliers that I am aware of with no luck. I'm hoping that there may be a specialist out there that someone can point me to that can provide what I'm looking for.
I know the crown is available from a few aftermarket sellers but I have no idea how to attach a crown with a stem (I would rather not try also). I could send the watch out to one of my repair resources though if I can find the crown & stem I'd rather do it myself.
Please also let me know if I'm crazy for thinking this exists!
