Happy New Year,2014 will past soon,in 2014,I think I have a wonderful year,for I got many new customers and most of them become my friends,I want to say thanks for their trust,I am really appreciate the support from all of you,for some friends,they gave me too much help and support after I joined RWI,I don't know how to express my gratitude,but I will keep to work hard in the 2015,and try my best to be better than 2014,do better QC for all of you,
I will be on vacation for CNY festival from Feb 10 to Feb 28. I will stop accepting order from Feb 6 to Feb 28.
I will leave GuangZhou on Feb 10,so I have 4 days to finish all orders in hand,
if the watches you bought from me have some problems,don't worry,I will deal with you after the vacation,
if you want some watches or some parts,just send me a email,I will reply you after the vacation,
in the vacation,I can't respond in time,hope you can understand,
now is Feb 4,so if you want to order something still,please tell me asap.I will not accept orders after 2 days.

PS:I know some customers have ordered from me already,their watches are all in my house still,almost all of them have pasted my QC and test,I will try my best to send all of them out before I leave,so for these customers,don't worry,I remember last year,after I leave,only one watch didn't send out,for the movement have problem,I send it out after CNY,so friend,no matter what,your watch won't lost in my home,I am a honest dealer,so don't worry,and I think I can send all of them out this time,
for google is limited in China,so I always use foxmail to open my gmail,sometime foxmail can't work,I will use "hongxing" to open my gmail,it's a proxy server,but it sometime have problem too,just the problem won't last too long,maybe 1 day,at most 2 days,like now,I had a very busy weekends again,from last Friday's night,so I can't reply emails from then,but when I open my computer and begin to work today,after reply one hour email,hongxing can't work again,so I can't open my gmail in anyway,I am very anxious,I have send 11 packages out today,I want to tell these customers EMS tracking number,and I have got some watches back,and took all QC pics of them already,I want to send these QC pics to my customers,let them know I have got these watches for them,so they won't be worry,and I have many important emails need to reply,but I can't open gmail again,it's always intermittent,after 1~2 hours can work,then have problem again,don't know when it will back to normal,
so friends,I want to say sorry sincerely,I am planning change a new email address after CNY,hope that will be better,and hope you can understand.
once "hongxing" back to work,I will try my best to reply you asap,I have told my customers I will reply emails within 24 hours,except weekends,
but sometime,I will have delay still,for I really can't open my gmail,I am not try to find a excuse for myself,so hope you can understand me.
