Some strange occurrence with KW 571

So as most people do before going to bed you take your watch off. Or at least most of us do. I did just that and the caseback literally fell out of the case. Further inspection of caseback and I noticed the threads were stripped. Just wanted to give people a heads up. Hopefully I am the only one who will have this issue. Contacted my TD and he is getting me a new replacement caseback. I've never heard of this happening before so I just had to share.

Gotta say that my TD, SEAD is the man. Got word Caseback is ordered and will be done in a few days. His customer service is top notch.

Oh and its been over 24hrs now since I watch has had a chance to wind automatically. Its been sitting on my desk and its still ticking. Power Reserve is 24hrs plus now. Im hoping it goes all day tomorrow too. Good things come to those who wait and have patience.
