Here are some shots of the latest H-factory 114. Overall I am impressed with the build quality. The case itself is very nice. AR is better than previous HF watches, crown still excellent, tube updated (though jury is still out on design, I have to play with it a bit), Dial is nice (comparison still has to be done), lume is pretty good... Not digging the case back, engravings are fine but it is a little off center. The watch as a whole is a winner though; HF has really stepped it up. I'll shoot the new 112 in a bit...

This one is simply excellent mate. The problem of HF is that you can receive randomly the old case set or the new one... a lottery.
The middle case seems thinner than Noob 390, but overall quality is high. A very good start to build a great modded watch.

I agree. After getting this one in hand, I am digging it. It isn't perfect but I think it will make a nice option for those that do not dig the current 113 offering's sub dials.

HF seem to be really stepping up the game with this model and the highly talked 000.. Never been really into white faced Panerai's but this seem like an interesting one Enjoy your watch in good health .

Very nice case indeed, but those machining marks on the inner lugs and the engravings on the caseback...
Also, the fact that they are sending random mixes of old and new parts is making me think.
It's a pity because both this 114 and the new beautiful sausage dials these H-facs would have been no brainers.

As to the inner lugs, I purchased a couple each of all the newly revised H-fac models, the inner lugs is really hit or miss. Some are excellent, some terrible. It seems to me that there is a serious QC issue in this regard.

The mixing of parts is inevitable during the launch of newly updated watches. I keep my fingers crossed when I take the plunge but I know that there is always the chance that I'll get old parts is my "new" watch, lol. A few batch turn overs and we should see some consistency though. You are absolutely right on both accounts regarding the 114 and the new sausage dialed models. I still think this 114 is a contender and I am pleased with the 2 samples I received, albeit a few mods are in ordered. I like this one so much that I will be modding a 114 of my very own here in the near future! My fiance stepped up as well and just placed an order with me for a pink lume, pink strap 114... We'll see how it goes, lol.

Thanks. These were shot with a Sony Nex 7 using a Tamron 90mm macro lens. The setup helps me look like a better photographer than I actually am., lol.
