Some Navtimer Questions

I went to the Breitling AD yesterday, tried on a Navtimer and fell in love with it. The 42mm is a great size and I really like the SS band. I want to grab an SS banded navtimer with the black face.

I have a few questions, as I know little about Bretlings. First, I know the 7750 movement has trouble in some of the Daytonas when the seconds run at 6. The navtimer I am looking at has seconds at 9. So, how many problems are there with this movement?

Also, besides the slide rule flaw, what other major flaws are there in this watch?

By the way, these are the two I am looking at currently, they look to be the same watch.

Check By-Tors Breitling guide for a review. (Stickied). The 7750 in this configuration adds no extra stress to the movement.

This has been beaten to death. I wish I got a dollar bill every time someone asks that in these forums....

When the subdial arrangement is natural 12-9-6 it creates the LEAST stress to the movement. 9-6-3 isn't that
problematic, either.

Asian 7750 movements have a certain failure rate. But if you want a chronograph replica watch you'll
just accept that. Otherwise forget it... and buy quartz reps or non-chronograph watches. Or Seagull
ST-19 (Venus)-powered watches.

I wonder why people don't read Ziggy's breakdowns...they answer all the questions. And besides: those
reviews are well written and fascinating:

There are 2 flaws. The slide rule is off, and the date is recessed into the dial more than a gen. This is due to the extra gears added to get the 7750 in the 3,6,9 configuration and will be the same for all watches in this configuration powered by that movement.
