Couple of days ago I got and email message from Ebay with a link to a listing for a vintage BP "No Radiations". Watch had about a day to go and was sitting at around 400.00 USD so I decided to "watch" it just to see what it sold for. Now the seller was very specific in stating that the only thing genuine about this watch was the movement!! Supposedly a "custom" case, maker unknown. I would highly suspect that the watch is a DSN with possibly a genuine movement, but who knows? At any rate, the bidding ended yesterday. Selling price 1250.00 USD plus shipping!! Now this looks to be essentially a DSN that can be had for 280.00 USD plus shipping. Obviously the buyer convinced that he got a real "Steal" considering genuine examples of the BP FF are selling from 10-50K depending on the provenance, model and condition. Ebay is truly the Wild Wild West and buyers better look carefully, read carefully and have a good knowledge of the watches they are bidding on.
