Some different straps on my new 390

SO while waiting for a rob montanna ammo strap to arrive for my new 390, I figured I'd check out some of my other straps.....


Heroic 18

Europelli Shell cordovan #8 strap.

Europelli "360" baseball strap.

Actually in person, it's my least favorite, the ecru stitching doesn't match right (It matches my 111n much much better), I think it's the lighting in here, very brown room. I like the baseball one for casual, and the corodvan #8 is very sharp, the former, the strap matches the numbers, the latter the stitch does.

Been collecting many straps for the 390 myself may have to take some pics in a few weeks when some more deliver

Its a dark almost reddish brown.

Have you tried it on a sub or a PVD PAM? That could accentuate the ammo strap. If not, you can always dispose of it (hint hint :lol: ). Great collection of straps. I like the Cordovan #8 as well, though I don't find the Heroic bad at all.

Cordovan seems perfect than based on your write up
Good dressed up option

The heroic I like but agree the stitch color doesn't really go, would work better on a Pam without vintage lume like a 111

Hard to find stitch color to match the numerals well
The gen asso does but strap makers don't seen to use that same thread
shade

Having a Simona made for me right now with custom stitching that I have high hopes for

Got my Ammo strap in... I think it makes the 390 look classic.... The smell of this thing, smells of history... I added a wotancraft sterling pig buckle as well..

Tried it on pvd, not sub as well. the best it looks on is my 088.... but for some reason, I LOVE the rubber on that one.


I may sell the sniper, I have way tooo many straps now... Either sell the straps or by more pams! lol

yeah, the europelli shell and the montanna alone put me close to $500.... I'm going to have a mega strap sale soon....
