Sold my PAMs and now have a vintage 44mm... What do you suggest to complete?

So, I sold my PAM 390 that was a combination of two best reps and made into one. I loved that watch and wore it a bunch. Was always accurate and always got compliments. I then got a PAM 594 and while I really liked it and was a custom build as well, it just wasn't my favorite due to the black DLC. I don't know why, but that black seemed to get lost. I tried different straps, etc and just never fell in love. Then, I had a Titanium PAM 390 built. Loads of cool things but I always went to the polished 390 because I was always happy with it.

So, sold them all and thought I would go and get a vintage PAM and try that route. I traded my Titanium for it and am really excited to get into the vintage stuff. I think this may be a great start and with the selling of the others, I would like to consider either building a high end one or take this one and make it better.

Here is the link to the original ad:

Here is some further details of the build:

Custom GG dial from here: http://www.vintage-gg.com/index.html
Unknown origin case, but its been re-shaped and aged.
Hands are also custom and the lume matches the dial.
ETA Genuine Swiss 6498 movement
Straps: (Strap on the watch is from Strap culture) (other strap is custom made by a member)
Extra Crystal is from Helenarou

He (posting seller) has been awesome to work with and really am excited to get wearing this one. I think the look falls somewhere between the 390 in terms of catching people's eyes as well as looking unique due to the vintage work done to it.

What I guess I am looking for is guidance on this build if I need to do anything further or just leave it be? I cannot really figure out what model it replicates or if it is simply custom and doesn't share anything with any model or platform. I am not in love with the caseback and would like to maybe do something with that.

Also, is there ANYTHING that is needing attention? I think the movement is great, but is there anything I need to know about maintaining it and having it serviced? I would like to see who is the best person to send it to in order to having it serviced. Would love to find someone local, but I suspect that I will be turned away as they will recognize the replica status.

Just looking for feedback and suggestions. I am really hoping that this watch brings me back in love with the PAMs and allows me to get into building. I am considering trying to build my own and getting the tools needed. I would also be interested in finding out what I need to do that as well.

Cheers,

Brian

The watch itself is looking good in my opinion. Keep in mind this is probably a 47mm watch and not 44mm. Unless its a modded 44mm 1950 case but i doubt it. I would suggest looking for a proper vintage strap i.e. Gunny/kostas/kyros/wotancraft/corrigia to get that ultimate vintage feeling. If youre really into the vintage pam thing there is a ton more info on homageforum that will blow your mind. But be carefull, before you know it youre in 1-2k for a proper 6152/1bso approach with care. Dont say i didnt warn you!

Looks like a nice 44mm mini fiddy, there is no gen vintage Panerai in that size though. I Would leave it like that and see if you like it enough to venture into a proper vintage build.
Maybe if you don't like the closed CB you might swap it for a display one in order to show that nice movement. I think Nightwatch has the correct part for you.

It was my watch before I just sold it to him.

I can guarantee with absolute certainty that its 44mm.

Thanks! And yes, to the original poster. I agree, homage forum is a great place to find vintage pam builds and advice. Highly recommended!
