Soft leather strap for Panerai.

I've been trying to find a good quality leather strap for my panerai, there are plenty out there but can anyone recommend one that's soft and supple from new? Thanks in advance

All the ones I've tried are just quite stiff and take a lot of breaking in, I just don't wear my watches often enough to do that.

Thanks, I've looked on gunny store before, his straps look good. Any particular model that would be soft? I'd prefer a calf skin type over a Croc etc.
