This is so called Asian copy ETA coined by themselves. However, it is not a copy of 2824 or 2846 like you can find in River's Sub or newer batch of VIP mariner. You can determine it by the look of balance wheel, regulator, rotor ball bearing.

My GMT and Omega 007 from WBK have that same movement...it's got that little insignia under the balance

that some Asians have...both of mine are running strong....you mean it was advertised as ETA?

Great watch for the price, but there is no need to try and pass this off as anything related to ETA.

The first batch of these PO lites had the real Clone of the ETA 2824, almost indistinguishable from the real thing as testifies by Ziggy himself. Look at Rivers $99 sub to see the movement.

I think you are mistaken. I bought the early one and a recent one. Both, and as far as I know, all have had the cheap asian movement.
