So the Bond 25 watch looks suspiciously like the Omega Seamaster Master Chronometer 42mm Co Axial.

So the very first shots from the filming of the new bond film have surfaced today from Jamaica.

Looks like Daniel Craig is wearing the Seamaster (nice to finish where he started) with some kind of flat smooth retro style strap...

Can’t tell if it’s bi metal (numbers look gold but could it be reflection) looks like the titanium no date version? -

That strap though. Is it a tight smooth mesh or a metallic type rubber? Sort of looks like the old 80s swatch watch straps!!

So here it is for your thoughts, aggressive corrections where I’m wrong, please discuss...

I think we have date at 6pm, gold on black bezel and a slatted bracelet, as you say similar looking to the 80’s stainless ‘stretchy’ type.
Hope VSF gets on it pronto..

Surely that’s a no date, I can see a full marker at 6 and 3 positions?

Agreed. No date with some sort of symbol above the 6?

I thought perhaps the date was above the full 6pm marker? Something there on the picture..?

And not a half baked rep either. I want the domed crystal and titanium case. Don't disappoint us VSF :p

Yep no need to replicate a fancy looking movement either, just get the correct case height and put something simple and efficient in there.

Am I the only person that thinks having a well known British military symbol in the dial might be a bit unconvenient for an undercover agent?

I had been wondering what that "up arrow" was. Apparently according to wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broad_arrow, it's illegal in the UK to mark property with the broad arrow unless its been approved by the ministry of defence. Makes me wonder if Omega got permission or not.

Also, yeah, watching the bond movies you have to suspend disbelief anyways, there are far too many logical inconsistencies throughout each movie anyways lol
