So I was playing around tonight with my DSN case. His screws just spin and spin and spin in the case. Anyway, I compared the pin to a set I had from another standard case. well there is a lot more threaded area on the standard pins. when i put them in they actually grabbed, so i shortened them and filed them off and they worked.

i think it isn't that the holes are stripped, but that the screws are short.

i also measured the depth of the screw hole - and the length of the actual CG screw, the screws could be twice as long, and sure would have a lot more grip.
the short ones only grip 2-3 threads, and if you tighten to much - they might rip out.
i have been on the search for longer screws as replacements forever.
being aware of this problem and checking mine every 4 weeks.....no trouble so far.
if anybody has sourced CG screws....please share.
