So I have a Pam219 should I updgade Crown???

So i just bought a new pam 219L and its great. but i have a new t48 on the way, should i replace the crown thats on it?

just let me know what you think.

the new t48 is non spring loaded just so you know.

I know im gonna get a taka crystal for my 219 and I think thats all the modding that ill need to do.

Further to the OP's question - if the crown is ok as it is, are there any other aspects of the 219 that CAN be upgraded/ modded? Is the Taka crystal swap that the OP is gonna do recommended? ANy pointers would be appreciated. Thanks

crystal freaking amazing.

You need to replace the dagger/swap it out. remove the middle bridge, install one with out a decal and then use a fransico sticker so you have the movement desto as well

Sorry to hi-jack this thread guys - but since we are talking about modding the new PAM reps.....I've got a 288k on the way and was wondering if there's any mods required/ possible for that one? Been looking through the forums, and there doesn't seem to be any discussion on how it can be improved - is it really THAT good?

well, mayb a relume of e dial.. i notice e daylight colour for e newer pams, which i've handled, r still not really accurate.? i have e j series 111 which i relumed, textured e dial&swapped for taka's crystal..
