I'm here in Dallas, and it won't happen. We may get ice tomorrow night - but no snow - or very little snow.
Ice on the streets will put Dallas at a standstill moreso than a thin layer of snow.
We had people leaving work early today (in near 80 degree weather) headed to stores to get wood and water.
