Swap the insert for GEN or CAC, get rid of the squiffy '30'

The mid case is DrV , replaced the Caseback to a engraved one. Source me a gen Insert I take it.

I've got a couple of spare inserts Skinny and even serif service can be found for about half CAC's prices but they don't have the glamour of something fatter

I'll stick one in the M2M one of these days, when I get round to cleaning the parts drawer out!
