best... that's pretty hard to say. I would recommend you trying tcstraps or you can try HKTAN or Bob's. They are all good.

Yes a piece. White colour similar to what River has posted... It looks really cool. You should get one to add to your collection. However, IMHO they are more suited for ladies.
