Smudge on Dial..Any remedy for this?

I was re-adjusting the hands on my dial and accidentally smudged the area around the 3 o'clock..now this area looks alil 'shinier' than the rest of the dial..icard:

it's quite obvious, especially under strong light..

Is there any modder that you guys know can help with this or any remedies?
I was thinking matt spraying it..that might help..what do you think?

Bergeon puddy will get it on most of the time, if its just a smudge. roll up a little piece and lightly wipe with it. I have this happen a lot and this works great for me. be sure to use a fresh piece and so you dont just spread more.

I did use a new piece of putty..it helped alot..the smudges were more obvious..this is minor compared to the earlier smudge.. :frusty:

but still it's not as good as new..
