SMP crystal swap

I currently have a SMP Bond GMT ($108 one from watcheden) with a horrible glass. To remove the crystal from the watch, do I have to remove the rotating bezel first? If so, how to remove it?

No need to remove the bezel but of course you need to remove the movement
