Smp Chrono gen crown and tube

I have an SMP chrono with the common problem of being very difficult to wind, everything I've read says it needs a gen crown and tube, which has to be epoxied in as their quite loose on the rep, can anyone give me the exact part no's for these from Offrei as I got a little confused when looking on their site, also anyone in the UK to do this job for me at a reasonable price?

Omega crown tube for SMP Chrono: 090ST1237
Omega crown for SMP Chrono: 069ST42154 (search using ST42154).
