He is in Italy and I'm in Canada. He sent me all the information I needed to fill out the customs forms so that the import into Italy would be smooth. And he made the payment on paypal using two transactions, one large (F&F) and one small (non-F&F) so that I could include the PP invoice of the non-F&F transaction as part of the customs forms attached to the package. This was to reduce the chance of the package being inspected / flagged by Italian authorities. I'm thankful for his attention to detail and with how much information he was able to provide to me to make the shipping and customs process nice and smooth. I would 100% deal with him again in the future.
