The smallest they make (as far as I know) is 40mm. There are a number of 40mm reps. None would come close to being a "super rep" so it'll come down to your own personal acceptance of flaws. There hasn't been any new 40mm reps lately so ALEs guide is still pretty up to date. I'd take a look through that and see if any strike your fancy. Otherwise look at some 42mm PAMs.
Edit: I forgot that a "new" version of the 48 came out (maybe 49 too) but has a horrible DW flaw.
