Smaller size PAM

Hi, mind sharing your thought on the good looking rep PAM in your mind? I have and will keep doing homework reading the bible to identify the version and factory I should go for. But want to seek expert and tasteful opinion here for a handful of watches I should start looking at. I already dislike oversize watches. So I prefer to limit the choices to below 44mm, SS metal, no complication. Preference but not compulsory on solid case back and sandwich dial, white face.

Below 44mm PAM's really limit the choices and IMO, beats the purpose of a PAM. But check PAM'S 049 and 051. They are 40mm and have white dial, no sandwich though. I don't think I have seen a white sausage dial...

But you're up to a good start, so keep reading ALE's bible and you shall see the light!

If you're willing to give 44mm a try, there's a whole universe of options, including several super reps. So maybe you'll join the darkside!

Panerai was originally designed for underwater military operations where extreme legibility was mandatory. That's the reason for its size.

As the second poster said, you should take a look at the 44mm versions.

What's your view regarding radiomir vs lumior case? I'm think whether I should go for radiomir which appear smaller on wrist so I can widen my choice to larger case.

As an owner of a 523 and having tried on the gen, the white dial doesn't look fake in the least bit..

When it comes to 44mm, afaik the most accurate, basic model pam are the 000, 005, and 111. 111, you want the v4, it's the latest and most accurate per RWI's observation. 000 and 005 have closed back, so no need to worry about accuracy of the movement.

Just my random thought but a small Pam is an oxymoron to me.
