Not sure there are any decent reps of the 40mm Pams but Jackson: http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/forumdisplay.php/jackson-tse-231 has a few homage models from memory.
Honestly tho mate, most people can pull off 44mm. I have 6.5" wrists and 44mm is no problem on leather. It would be the limit on a bracelet mind you but on leather, no worries.

I have very small 6.25" wrists and wear 44mm Pams with no problem. I even have a 47mm that I wear. The 40mm pams actually look small for a guy (imo), but I am building a custom one for my girlfriend.
I agree. I got 6" wrist and 44mm fits nicely. It was my concern initially if it's going to be too big for me. Get one, you won't regret.

Concur on 44mm. I've got a 6.5" wrist and was skeptical, but decided to bite the bullet and buy. Was pleasantly surprised that it fit well and looked good. I probably wouldn't go any bigger though.
