I like Panerai watches but don’t really know a lot about their history, models, special editions etc. So while I’ve had a spare 5 minutes or during lunch I’ve been googling different things that I’ve seen, like Black Seal – I thought it was a special technology used for waterproofing

I looked up SlyTech yesterday, again I thought this was actually a type of innovation .
I found the article below which I found very interesting and after doing a thorough search both google and forum, couldn’t find any references to it, so please don’t flame me if this is old news. I thought the members here might find it interesting especially the detail and involvement of the brilliantly named Monty Shadow. It's amazing how moments in time, chance meetings can have such a massive effect.

Thank you, yes just stumbled across the site really but also read up on the Richemont group movement scandals too. Very eye opening, shame some of these great historical brands are having the history and reputation tarnished by greedy corporations.
