Slight road bump getting my first rep

Hey All,

I have been working with InTime's QC department and Ryan trying to get a PAM337. After looking at QC pics, I realized that the watch was a PAM338 with the gold hand set. The QC guy came back to me telling me that they are out of stock of the PAM337, even though I asked Ryan to verify prior to payment. What are my options here? I am assuming the PAM337 will not come back into stock anytime soon but I did ask.

Any help would be great!

I think both watches are very similar? I've dealt with Ryan a few times now and been very happy with the service provided although I've never had any reason to complain.

I'm sure if you aren't happy with receiving a different watch than you ordered he will refund your money.

Or you could ask to change the order for something different than what Ryan is offering.
