So, Fresh in the mail today i received my Skyland Avenger v2. Boy, ill tell ya, good thing i didn't get the Super Avenger! This is a Big Boy for me. Anyway, I am trying to get the chronos to work properly. The stat/stop/reset function works great but the problem i am having is with the 12:00 sub dial. When the chrono second hand passes the minuet mark the minuets don't click off on the sub dial. It looks as if it wants to move but then slides back to its original position.the hand doesn't seem to be hitting anything either. I have wound the watch and everything else seems fine, so i don't know. I don't want to send it back because id rather wear it! thoughts?

Sorry, but the watch sounds defective to me. You can take it to a local watchsmith for repair if you have one that is rep-friendly. I am lucky in that the local Sears watch repair in the mall works on reps...he even has a gen price and a rep price 8)

(Disclaimer: No guarantee that my problem cause is the same as yours.)

A'ight, so I opened up one of my new A7750 watches to do a datewheel swap. I put everything back together, and it looks good! UNTIL I RAN THE CHRONO.

The minute counter @ 12 will not advance at all. The symptoms is similar to yours: it tried to advance, but quickly jumped back to its original position..

Cripes. Now what?!? So I opened the caseback again, and gently do a 'nudge nugde' on the gear wheel of that 12 o clock minute counter (it's exposed through the back side). I don't even have to take the rotor off. Before re-assembling, I tested the chronograph again, and LO AND BEHOLD it works now!

Again: Disclaimer: No guarantee that my problem cause is the same as yours. But That was my experience

talk to your dealer and send it back before you ruin the watch completly.
I know how it is but it makes no sense to try and repair it by yourself

This is happening to a lot of V2 Skyland.

It happened on 4 that I know of so far..

Again... I direct everyone back to my original post where I said that we are going to be in the middle of a movement crisis.. I am seeing way to many movement issues as of late. It has to be some parts that are defective... as in... entire batches of parts (gears, springs,,etc..)
fakemaster and I have talked and he thought about springs as well..

No answers yet... no clue what is causing this
