Skyland bracelet ordered

Just ordered a Skyland bracelet from SIlix, cost me just over $50 and hes also sending me some pins and tubes for my UPO for nothing (as Ive not worn it for ages as I resized it and bent the pins ).
SO now it will be a watch for any occassion, the bracelet for a formal night and then the rubber when Im feeling sporty! . Ill take a few snaps when it arrives, before and after fitting!

Sent an email yesterday to see about my bracelet order :roll: , got the reply back today saying that it was being sent out today :roll: , hopefully will arrive before Christmas hits but Im not counting my chickens

Man. I am pissed off. Package arrive this morning. Yippee i thought. Silix has come good. Well, no, he hasnt. He has fucked it up. He has sent me a bracelet off a SFSO or something. Brushed, not polished and where it would attach to the case of the watch is curved and not flat, so it wouldnt physically fit anyway :evil: !. FFS he should know his business.He knows what strap comes on the skyland! Plus, the deal clincher for me was the fact he would send me some link pins and tubes for my upo. Well, he has made a mess of that too by sending me 2 spring bars! Aaaarghh! Im gonna email him but to say im pissed is an understatement. He is getting very sloppy imo. I will post pics of what he sent, the 'skyland' bracelet and the upo 'link pins and tubes'. Grr.

hmmm, if we look at this from Jandrews site

we can see the curve of the bracelet were it meets the case. This is what I have!

This is what I should have, you can see it has a

flat section where it joins the watch case (plus the one I recieved its brushed and not polished!!!!!!!).

oh hell, that is realy bad, but what rooster says is right, he should sell burgers instead of beeing in this watch business. Rooster is having a lot of problems with him.
I was lucky with Angus when I just ordered parts pr a bracelet.
I guess npthing you really can do but I would send him a nasty mail and ask for replacement!

Well Silix has been in touch and said that he didnt check it when he got it from the watchmaker, but that he will sort it out and get me the correct skyland bracelet. I really hope this is the case. Looks like it could be a long haul from ordering to recieving the correct strap and UPO pins
