Ryan has done it again! I spent about 4-weeks researching this rep. Thanks to Polonus for his outstanding 'Grey Skyland Avenger V2 remake review'. I think it needs a bit of and update, but it's still the gold standard in trying to figure out how to source the best Skyland Avenger. I ordered and received QC's withing 24-hrs (...typical for Ryan) but I ordered the Grey dial and the photos sent appeared to show a black dial, so I took a chance and posted the QC photos to get an opinion on the color, here's the result.

...as you see, the color WAS wrong, and most agreed, Ryan identified it and corrected it right away. Delivery took 5-days (...practically an eternity for Ryan) and the SA arrived in perfect shape! The AR on this thing IS 'effeing' AMAZING!!! this is my first double AR and as some have testified, the crystal seems to dissapear at certain angles.

The bracelet is good but I've examined a gen and the links should be thicker...rounder. I hope the factories eventually realize that ss bracelets for those of us who like them, are as important as the attention paid to the detail of the rep itself...PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! factories, build accurate bracelets!

Beyond all that, this Skyland is a BITCH! Only gains about 1-min per day. The bracelet clasp was a little loose but I tightened it with a little pressure from a 'leatherman' pliers (covered with cloth) on the edges.

Again...BIG freekin props to Ryan at InTime for his OUTSTANDING communications, ability to source almost any rep, and his legendary shipping time. (Ryan...you should offer this Breitling on the website) He's my, 'go to' TD, and IMHO, should be yours also.

BTW...there's one minor issue with this rep which is evident in the photos...I'm OK with it cause I think it's something I can correct with a full movement service, which of course should be done with any new 7750...but extra credit goes to anyone who spots it.

Let's do some eye candy...

That misaligned subdial at 6 sticks like a sore thumb. A new A7750 shouldn't need a service.

BINGO! we got a winner! actually it drifts to that 15-min point occasionally (...only twice since I've had it) on it's own. Punch the reset and it's back on '12'. Unfortunately I don't have much time to shoot good photos and didn't notice that it had drifted before I started shooting. Didn't feel like shooting another set, but the subdial hasn't moved since.

Nice pickup, my friend! After reading your suggestions in the other thread on the v4 I had to contact Ryan too.

Looks great on your wrist.

Does the clasp seem like quality construction?

You may already know this but are you sure it drifted on it's own over there if it only saw it twice? Can it be that it was never reset to 0 in the first place? On some 7750 the reset hammer for each subdial engages at different stages of the reset button push, it might be that you didn't push the reset button hard enough and the 12 subdial was never reset. Try this, reset the chrono by pushing the button really slowly, do all the subdials reset at the same time, or it's seconds first, then hours? Also, always reset the chrono between 10 and 2

Thanks...I'm fully up on the care and feeding of the 7750. All applied to my Navitimer and it's never given me any problems however didn't know about the staged reset. I'll try that later and let u know.

Tried it... Here's what I discovered, when I reset, all the subdials correct but I noticed after a few minutes the '6' sub continues to move. Then I hit reset again and everything's ok. Apparently the first reset doesn't set the '6' sub I have to hit the reset twice for it to reset properly...ever seen that before?
