What's people's thoughts on this latest offering from sonic I've been waiting for this for quite a while. Sa4130

Not a fan personally. I would have liked to see the exposed movement decorated a bit vs a plan movement.

I feel like, these openwerked watches from AP, Rolex etc, they make sense because you're showing off the finishing for that you pay for in gen...

A rep openwerk watch shows off... rep finishing? Not exactly the greatest

appearantly there is a "La barichello" skeletonized daytona version which this seems to copy fairly well. There are of course multiple flaws visable especially in the movement. Even the genuine shows a bland movement, however so can't fault the rep too much here. the gen is about $56k. I'm a hard pass on this reworking, both gen and replica. It does nothing for me and if I saw the genuine in real life I'd figure it a replica anyway.

It takes more than a glance to tell time as I have to look for the hands, that's a deal breaker.

I like it a lot, I'm thinking about it as an alternative to "La Montoya".

If there had been the RG version I would have already ordered it.
