Sizing Panerai Bracelet

I just got my first Pam on bracelet but I'm having some trouble sizing it. I've already taken out the links that screw in, but it's still a little loose. I can't figure out how to remove the links with pins, it came with a few links already removed and I saw the pin has a little groove in the middle but I'm not sure how to go about removing these links. Any help would be greatly appreciated, (I've done a search but come up empty). Thanks in advance.

There are arrows on the bracelet that point in the direction that the pinds come out. Youll need a link tool to be able to remove or try to find something with a small head that you can use to insert and push the pin out.
