Dont worry about it as ive had a couple of gen u1's and the bezels on those never lined up properly either.

2010 my ex gal got one of the rare gen U1 white edition. The bezel engraving was COMPLETELY OFF by rep lovers standards (one developes an absurdly keen eye when seriously getting into the rep stuff IMHE), since it was somehow mis-done in a somewhat "italian" font, plus irregular distances between number and sticks etc. Really crappy to my eye. Bad production run, obviously - but this simply may not pass their QC in the gen league SINN tries to play in for several years now.
Well, it took SINN, who was contacted via the local AD, several weeks(!) to send a bloody replacement bezel. And guess what? The replacement bezel was even worse than the first one!! Further, they even played deaf opossum on my AD after that.....
Only after an e-mail that I sent to Mr. Schmidt, CEO of Sinn, personally (good trick btw) they became lively. We finally got a flawless bezel (i.e. as good as my U1 black rep one..... really!) within 2 or 3 days, and they also presented us a gen black clasp (in SINN's patented hardening technology "Tegimentierung") to apologize for all the troubles.
Long story short: Even gens are not always and automatically flawless. No wonder, since neither my ex-gal, nor the AD had seen the flaws on the described bezel, until I pushed their noses upon it. Whereas the bezel's flaws really SCREAMED at me at first glance... Heck, yeah, I'm a nitpick, and proud of it...
