Saw the two cartel dealers have the Sinn Chrono UI model in stell and PVD. Very nice. 7750 movment.

The genuine has a modified ETA7750 movement. Instead of 30 minutes counter chrono, the genuine has 60 minutes counter.

Still a very nice looking reo. I suggest they use Jap Quartz Chrono movment for reliability.

@steve: not necessary. This is actually unmodified layout of Asian 7750. Will be a huge waste if it's only Quartz rep.
Reliability? I don't think Asian 7750 is that bad to deter me to get one. I would rather get the Asian 7750 version anytime than Quartz rep.

They're not offering it in quartz
The movement is: Asia 7750 Automatic Chronograph Movement, 25J, 28800bph
I wonder if they are going to release any more models of Sinn watches.
Whoever is making them has done a fabulous job - my U2 looks and feels more gen than any rep I've had before.

But I can't see the markings in the second dial @3, you see it clearly on the gen?

still prefer the u2 gmt, these sinn reps might tempt me away from my bell & ross fixation!
youve got to ask yourself if they can do a sinn gmt for $168 (asian movement) why on earth are the 4th generation br01 reps $300 !!

This rep wins any B&R reps on the market hands down.
Anyway, if you refer to 6 o clock subdial, it has 60 marks. The normal ETA/Asian 7750 will only have 30 minutes counter but the genuine has a modified movement to make it count 60 minutes in full circle.
As for running second subdial, the gen is printed on black ink. So it won't be visible clearly, creating the phantom look. The genuine picture that you posted was enhanced in contrast so you can see this marks clearly. In actual case, it is only visible at certain angle or upon close inspection. I believe the rep is the same.
If the bezel like the genuine, I will definitely get this piece ;P I have genuine rubber strap waiting.

I think that is the case. It counts 30 minutes instead of 60. Please correct me if I am wrong. No matter, this won't deter me from buying this piece though. It's such a minor flaw. Anyway, the case number if you notice, it is number 0001. No. 1 is used on the genuine in non black version and it is kept at Sinn factory (they didn't sell this first case)
