Sinn 155 Replica by anyone?

Hi Forum,

My grail watch is a Tag Bund 1550.
Noone seems to have repped it and my budget isn't 5k for one.
So I've been looking for some alternative.
Then I found the Sinn 155, in particular the Japanese version but any would do.

Does anyone know where or how I could lay hands on this?

I've just read that SINN ran a limited edition re-release of their military issue Bundeswehr 155 that sold out all 150 pieces nearly immediately!

You might know that watch better as the Heuer Bundeswehr, a few different companies made them for the German Military.
Surely a sign to the Rep Factories that this style/model could sell exceptionally well!
And the new automatic version seems to be 7750 based too!

For anyone who may have a similar hankering for a Sinn 155/Bundeswehr homage. HKeD has a fantastic V3 of his own homage released recently.
Have one, and I love it.
Would recommend it wholeheartedly.

They really are lovely. I have the sapphire caseback on mine and would be happy to wear the watch backwards ????

I'd prefer if my V3 bund had an appropriate lume colour rather than the soft blue numerals and green hands, but as an homage I do feel it's a good attempt.

Also on the 155/156 correction.
I had been informed that the 155 was horizontal twin chrono and the 156 was vertical twin chrono.
Love that shot of your sinns, fantastic watch company that deserves a far wider audience IMHO.

The best Heuer 1550 Bund replica is in my view the Kemmner Bundeswehr Chronograph

Kemmner is a "one man show" in the Black Forest Germany and he only made limited edition of 100
He ordert the basic parts in China and than revises anything.
