When I first started my journey here, I was surprised by the quality of the reps, but also by the quality of service, including communications with customers, shipping, packaging. Well, I can say that Andiot has surpassed my expectations. Every single watch, is wrapped in a plastic bubble, then put inside a box, then wrapped inside another plastic bubble, and finally closed inside a polystirene box. And the watches are as expected, well made, for now working perfectly, keeping good time. The cherry on the cake - as we said in Italy - is how fast is the shipment. The common waiting time, with all the TDs, is about 3/4 weeks. With Andiot, has been a couple of week. He doesn't use triangulation with Germany; I don't know what kind of shipping company he used. What can I say, is that the watches arrived home safely, no problems with customs and very fast shipping. This is not a complaint with the others sellers, just an observation. So thank you to Andiot for a very pleasant transaction.
