Silix's Casino Royale

Just saw Silix got a Casino Royale on a rubber strap. I'm excited. Particularly seeing it's got the correct Omega emblem:

but it's not the same watch as e.g. Trevor's. Look at the 3, 6, 9, 12 indices. Silix's are shorter than Trevor's and gen's. Trevor's:

Silix's pearl is also different (not recessed) and the bezel teeth are less pointy.

Dunno about you guys, but I'm not really crazy about the 007 model (gen or rep). I'm happy with my UPO... it has more than enough of PO for me to handle.

Me neither. The 007 just kills it IMHO.

But I am interested in the rubber strap + serviced movement + waterproofing.

you know what, i was totally put off the uPO's given their poor quality control (crown/markers etc) and crap logo...however, especially for the price, this has me very interested.
i am looking for a rugged yet 'quality' watch for work - moving to a new job in 2 weeks and will be going to the gym/pub straight after work, so need a dual purpose watch and i think i could get away with this (even the mrs likes it lol)
good movement, waterproofing and 200 bucks...its looking like a winner and i will get a steelfish a bit later on lol

Beside a shorter 3/6/9/12 indices......I think the Minute hand on silix's PO (007) is too short. And the date font could be different too.

The only thing I will take from that watch is the Omega logo....and put it into my u.PO :lol:
