Hi,

I'm slowly but surely getting into this hobby and buying more and more tools, currently building a genuine 3135 movement and really enjoying the hunt of the parts, not enjoying the amount it all costs!

Anyway I am moving back to the UK shortly and back into my house that me and my wife currently rent out. It's small 2 bed with no much spare space.

I'm looking for the most compact but easily accessible work space, something I can wrap up and store but get out and use easily without feeling like my tools are all scattered together in a bag king of deal.

Any suggestions?

What do you guys use in the way of workbench or workshop, especially those that just do this at home for a hobby.

Thanks,

Hi dear, build up a small portable bench, it’s very easy, you can use an old wood drawer and add 2 forearms supports, if needed, or only a flat surface. Then cover it with plastic or rubber sheet !
