Hey there 👋, me Vsf omega is running a bit slow, it misses about 15-25 seconds every day.
It wasn't bought by me but I suspect it is from 2022 or 2023 year and I think it by now it needs to be lubed.
Can I the lubing myself?? Will it improve the time keeping ability of the watch?
Thanks

2-3 years old, probably worn daily correct? I do suggest getting it serviced for longevity at this point, 2-3 years is at the point where oil can start drying out. This is clone movement with no spare parts so servicing it to protect the life cycle is totally recommended.

If not daily you can get away with regulating it instead.

Cannot promise 100% but servicing it, regulating it, will probably bring the time keeping into line again. You know, rep movement is rep movement, it's all luck about accuracy keeping sometimes.

Not a watch maker so if you want professional opinion, I let others chime in, or take it to someone with timegrapher and professional experience to determine the health for you.

Solid advice. Always worth trying to work with what you have as it's served you so well but the key will be finding a watchmaker that'll do just that. If not, a movement swap shouldn't be too expensive.

Unless you go gen 😂
