Should I sell whole or part out my PAM MiniFiddy?

I am sure some have been following the disaster of a purchase I made from a seller that was either not aware of the issues of the watch he was selling and I was lucky enough to have it fall apart or he sold it knowing full well that the watch had issues and he simply wanted to bail. By the lack of response from me and even the Admins, I would say the latter...

Anyways, I have this awesome LOOKING PAM MiniFiddy but has had some hurdles... It all started with the top hand falling off and snowballing from there. I didn't want to do anything on my own as I didn't have the tools nor felt comfortable with taking the watch and opening it up and working on it. But, with the help of members, I got the confidence up and dove in. I found a bunch of issues...

As it turns out, I got it to a point now where it is functioning and working seemingly fine. Definitely runs smooth and keeps great time. Winds awesome and hands turn great. But I just do not trust the hands.

So, I am considering parting it out. As you can see in the sales thread, I have been updating with video (Tagged for proof) and pics to keep anyone interested, up to speed as to what I have been doing. But, I feel that even though it is a gorgeous looking watch, I think people are skeptical and by most accounts, like myself at the start and not wanting to work on something.

I have been trying to sell it whole with a bunch of extras, but am I better off parting it out? Here is the sale thread for anyone interested:

I was thinking the following and ask because I do not want to over price this stuff and want it to be fair, but I do want to recoup at least some of my loss. I essentially traded plus cash for a value of $600. Hence why I do not want to ship out and spend any more money on it. I look at it and get pissed. I look at it and resent buying it. So, even if tip top, I would hate the thing.

So, here are my ideas:

-Gen Swiss ETA 6498 with crown for a PAM - $100. I see these anywhere from $200-$250. I see the Chinese ones at just under $100 so, feel this is really fair.

-Reworked case with aged plexi crystal and strap pins (Press through vintage style) - $50. I think that a new case is about this price. This price excludes the CG as it is reworked and may be of more value.

-Reworked CG - $25. I know you can buy a new one for this, but the movement and being reworked seems to allow me to price at this level.

-Solid caseback for 44mm case - $25. I do not know if this would fit other cases, but it is a vintage look and probably should sell with the case and just ask $75. I might do that if it makes more sense?

-New plexi dome crystal - $25. No idea if this is good for this brand of crystal.

-Aged PAM Luminor dial - $75. Seller was told this was aged and lumed for this build and bought off a site that cost $150. Not sure as the seller is obviously a snake, but figured $75 was fair from not only the fact that these seem to be rare, but that it is aged. I would include the hands even though they are probably useless.

-Brand new dark blue hands with second hand included - $15. It is exactly what I paid for them.

-Chinese 6497 style movement with crown, CA style dial and hands - $40? No idea here... Not marked, isn't gorgeous by any means, but would plop in and work.

That totals out to $355. I'd probably work a deal if someone wanted the whole package. Of course, if they were, they would buy my watch setup as advertised in the sale thread.

Am I off my rocker on anything? Again, my deal is simple. I want to recoup money lost. I am not expecting to get back all of it. I also want to make sure I am as open and honest as I can so that someone gets a decent deal and can maybe make this watch live another day.

Looking for advice.

Probably be a good idea to sell the full caseset (case, crown, cg, cb) together. If you piece it out too much you will be left with some spare parts. Plus most people might want the full case with all the parts. It will be hard to source separately.

The movements should be easy to sell separately.

The dial and hands if someone was looking for that style should be ok too.

All the other parts you could sell separately. Lower prices if needed.

But getting back to your question, if you want to recoup more, part it out as you are only asking for a $200 trade at this point in your other listing. That is the same price as the case and movement alone.

Yeah, I guess I will. I figured trade value of $200 would get some guys interested, but seems nobody wants to trade.

Just so you all know I have approved @Lizard 1 asking this question as he was struggling to sell a Rep he essentially paid $600 for. It was misrepresented by the seller and @Lizard 1 is at no fault here.

All help and advise at this stage would be most welcome.
