Ive ordered and paid for a blue dial SMP300 on ss bracelet from ZF nearly a month ago. PT say they got a watch and rejected it and now there is a problem with movements, so no idea when a watch will come. Another TD (intime) says he can get the watch to QC in 5-6days. So im stuck : if i ask for a refund, i have to wait nearly 2 weeks to get it, and by that time, the other TD may not be able to get one. If i dont ask for a refund i could be waiting forever. Advice please.

Also, since these TDs just order the watches from the factory, how come one TD says they can get it and another says they cant.

(also, why does a debit card payment take minutes to get to retailers and 2 weeks to come back ?)

I am not implying anything about pt and any factories. But for example, Ctime have a good relationship with clean factory, hence they are able to source clean rolex GMT with the dandong movement in a quicker manner than others

Personally I'd stick with the original order. There's no guarantee that when the other TD goes to process your order, times don't change.

As far as refund times, that's out of the merchants control. The same happens here in the US with transactions.

I am not implying anything about pt and any factories. But for example, Ctime have a good relationship with clean factory, hence they are able to source clean rolex GMT with the dandong movement in a quicker manner than others
thanks - i wonder wo has a good relationship with ZF....

its all a bit weird though - i mean, why does a relationship come into it : "hi Z factory, Id like an SMP300 for my customer" "no we havent got any/yes sure (depending on who asks)"??

This is not only happening to us. Anyway, we will do whatever you prefer. If you would like a refund, we can do that.

Please tell me what is the manufacturer defect?

Your last email said that the watches were unavailable "due to movement shortage" so I'm confused - which is it?

The first time the dial was misaligned so we returned to factory then factory says it's short of stocks and need to wait for new batches
