After reading some posts about the problem encountered (eg. painted gear which is a pain to remove before installation) by fellow members, I was on the fence to try Takashi's DW.
After knowing that his latest DW run will have all the problems solved. I pulled the trigger and ordered 2 DWs from him mainly I am curious to find out how good is Takashi's DW and what effect will I get from it.
My plan are;
-DW for A7750 (PAM24A) that I plan to swap out the old lello;
- and one for ETA7753 (PAM196) that I plan to swap out the latest DW from DSN
My PAM196 is not ready yet but my PAM24A is done. So, the review will be based on Taka's latest DW for A7750.

Review summary
Owning the lello's DW for almost a year and having comparing it with the gen for countless time, I think he got most of the things right but still in my opinion the font boldness is a little tad thin and the white colour date numerals do not stand out (maybe it is due to the lighting). Price is considerably on the high side especially when he stopped making them and how the price escalated when it become rare.
Anyway, I can live with it as it is the best available DW at that time.
Kudos to Takashi, his latest DW is very well made.
- No more DW with painted gear and smooth installation without much hassle
- Number font is more accurate especially the "0" and "8"
- Maybe it's just me, the number font boldness is thicker and looks really nice
- The white paint use for the numeral font is whiter making it easier to notice the date (like the gen IMO)
- Price is set very reasonably
I emailed taka to inform him that I plan to order another 2 pcs (for future projects use) and he told me that his latest run has limited stock and are selling fast.
So if you are thinking to upgrade the DW for your A7750 based PAMs. I think this is one of the best DW made and definitely worth trying it out but you need to be fast before it is gone.
I plan to do another review about his DW for ETA7753 when it is done.
Good news for members who are after PAM27, 28, 29 and 63 projects, taka told me that he plan to make DWs for both ETA2893 and 2836.
