All:

The sales team has seen an increase of issues when it comes to sellers and how they package the watches.

Sellers are expected to take all reasonable care in packaging their items securely to ensure safe transit. If a watch arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, the seller will be held fully responsible. Proper packing is part of your obligation under Rule 1(E) to assist the buyer with any post-sale issues. Failure to do so may result in sanctions including but not limited a buyer refund, a no-sale, or a possible ban.

We also take the time to remind you that sales disclaimers are not valid to RWI staff. So, the regular "once it leaves my hands" disclaimer is INVALID.

It is not difficult to take care in packaging a watch. Pack it how you would want to receive a watch. Recycle boxes, paper, bubble wrap. This another cheap layer of insurance that could save us all a headache.

Let's be proactive in this and save everyone some unnecessary hassles and ensure buyers get what they pay for.

Buyers: We recommend you video/picture your unboxing to ensure you are protected if things go wrong.

Sellers: We recommend the same above when you pack the watch.

Thank you.

The RWI Sales Team.
