Shipping issue with Pure Time anyone else having problems?

I place order with PureTime on Jan 3, 2020 (Order 219062). Watch was shipped to USA March 4th, 2021 after two months of wait. Now it is showing as Tender for Delivery in Orlando from 3rd Party Service to USPS since March 16th. No status change for 10 days now. I have other two watches which were shipped March 12th by other TD and I have already received them. I live 45 min away from Orlando and there is no way this package can take this long. Elena from PureTime is good in responding to my emails but I do not know if there is a solution for lost package or misplaced package? Anyone experienced this problem before? Who should be responsible in case I do not get watch? It was Rolex DateJust ARF $480 or something.

Its not unheard of that packages might take a while just to get from one step of the way to the other (inner-european shipping is pretty much the same for example, got 4 packages that where sent from china on the same day via belgium to my homecountry of austria. All landed in belgium the same day to but it literally took 3 weeks for all packages to arrive to my doorstep) since most delivery options aren't that high priority for the carriers as 4px often cheaps out on deals with local delivery services.
If its already past customs and supposedly out for delivery I'd just try to call the Delivery Service where it seems to be stuck currently.

The unpredictablity of delivery times in the rep game really sucks and it seems you also had a order just around CNY which made it even worse probably but you'll get used to it man. Rest assured that the major TDs will try to help you if anything really goes south.

I would have been less worried is this Parcel was still with Customs, it cleared customs on March 13th and arrived to Orlando distribution center March 16th. Status say "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item ORLANDO, FL 32822. I live near Orlando so my worry is that Parcel was misplaced by 4PX who ever they were using. I called USPS and they said nothing was scanned in their system, in other word USPS has no package yet..Sucks.

Thanks for your order and sorry for the shipping delay. We've seen this kind a lot .This is not for final delivery. It might be hold for a while but it will move to next stop just suddenly after some days maybe. Please sit tight and wait. Here i show you another shipment which had the similiar situation :

Any update on this? I’m having almost the exact same issue and also have a holdup at the Orlando usps distribution center. Curious if you ever received anything.

Yes I received it after two weeks. How long your took? Orlando distribution center sucks. Watch got to Orlando March 16th, I received it March 29th

I'm currently having the same issue. I called DHL and USPS and each company is pointing their finger at the other. DHL says they handed it over to usps and that usps is dragging their feet unloading and scanning it and usps says that if they received it from dhl they would have scanned it. It's super frustrating. So, my package is in some weird limbo between the two companies.

How long it has been? I received another package today but from different TD and it arrived in 4 days. Let me tell you what is going on behind the scenes. USPS employees are food stamp lovers, they steal and claim package has been lost. USPS in Oakland California has 25% theft rate. If they see a eBay package or Overseas package, they just take it. Sucks. In Dubai, these people will have there hands chopped but in USA nothing happens, infect you will be blamed for pointing fingers. Calling DHL and USPS is waste of time. I spend hours and no luck

I called USPS today for the second time. I was told that they should have received the package since DHL is showing that they already handed it off. They said that it's likely lost and I should contact the sender. I emailed PureTime about it today. I ordered these watches on January 16, it took forever for them to get shipped, and then when they finally shipped they got lost between DHL and the USPS. I could not have had worse luck with this. Hopefully PureTime can help me out with this.

Generally Pure Time people are very responsive but I do agree with you that they are the slowest TD to ship product. Other problem with them is that they have a lot of product on there website which is not even in the production but they just list it to get traffic. Once order is placed, then they will tell you the real thing. However they are not scammer just bit tricky TD. If tracking shows it is with USPS then you are screwed but if the Tracking shows "Waiting for the shipping partner to hand over to USPS" then it is still in process. Give another week, if you don't get it, then I think Pure Time should be responsible. They are the shipper.

That's the issue. DHL says they handed it over.
