Shattered Crystal on Luminor Rattrapante 1950 Rep - advice requested

Hi,

I’ve come across references to guys that supply sapphire crystals for modding purposes but I’m not sure who the correct person on the forum is to contact on this issue. My very awesome doorman loves Panerai and chose a Rattrapante. Today he was assisting with a package and the glass shattered. (At least he had the courage to tell me today.) anyway he’s gutted and I told him I’d find a solution. Any advice on who to contact? Many thanks!

However, not so sure of the fit (it should work but I have no experience with it). I presume you did but I have to ask did you try contacting the TD you bought the PAM from?

I agree with Teddy875. Rnrprof would be a great choice. I have used him several times. The crystal is so good it looks like the crystal is missing.
