any particular reason when i pull the crown all the way out that it won't move the hands on my 111h?

Could you specify a little more?

Do you pull the crown out to hack position? And still cant sett the time?

The 6497 movements aren't hacking, so when you pull the stem out, it *shouldn't* stop the seconds hand. However, it should move the hour/minute hands. That's definitely a problem...

I stand corrected, my knowledge of this movement is very very limited.

Hooligan, couldnt it be a stem issue?

Yes, it could be. I had this happen with my genuine PAM002D. I pulled the caseback off and tightened down the screw that holds the stem in the movement and it fixed the problem. Same exact behavior, it would wind, but when you pulled the crown out it wouldn't set the hands...
